What should I include with my case?
Please fill out our on line prescription, or one of our carbonless forms. Don't forget to include a prep shade for all porcelain restorations, and of course the desired shade. The case number and due date will be filled in by our lab allowing ten days in the lab. Let us know wether you would like precious or non-precious metal for the copings. Including a bite registration is always helpful for the most accurate mounting of your models. If you would like us to contact you about a case please feel free to write that on our lab form, and we are always happy to discuss cases with you.

How should I ship my case?
We prefer to return your cases UPS ground service, but you can send them to us via UPS, FedEx or the USPS. If you would like your case returned by a shipper other then UPS please let us know. When sending cases through the United States Postal Service please remember to include our post office box on the address label. If you include both the street address and post office box we are sure to get it no matter how you send it.

How can I contact Two Ocean Dental about a case?
Contacting us is easy, just e-mail info@twooceandental.com or phone us at (307) 200-4136. We just need to know which office you are calling from, and your patients name. If you would like us to contact you about a specific case once it is received just write it on your lab form.

What is your billing policy?
Each case is sent with an invoice, and all offices will receive a monthly bill. Payments are due within 30 days of receiving your monthly bill. Late payments will be charged a 3% monthly finance charge.

What is your turnaround time?
Although shipping times vary from location to location, and by method, cases will be shipped from the lab ten days after being received. Our cases are sent UPS ground, but you can request expedited shipping for an additional fee.

How do I use your education incentives program?
When you do your first case with us we start setting aside a fund based on 3% of your offices gross purchases. Six months after your first case comes to your office you can contact us about a training program you would like to attend, and we can tell you how much is available in your fund. Every six months after that we will be happy to put your fund towards training programs you choose.
